Vice President

Sam Bell joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2019 as vice president in the Denver office. He focuses on tenant and landlord representation. Previously with Cushman & Wakefield, he served local, regional, and national retailers and property owners and worked on a team that represented several large projects around Denver. These included Unico Properties and Goldman Sach’s portfolios, Belleview Station’s Phase II with 65,000 square feet of retail space, and the disposition of the Salvation Army’s Colorado portfolio.

Sam is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder and received an additional entrepreneur certificate from the Leeds School of Business. He is extremely committed to the retail community in Denver through involvement with several organizations. He is an NAIOP Colorado Developing Leaders Executive Committee member and was the 2018 NAIOP Developing Leader Member of the Year. He is also a Denver Chamber of Commerce Infrastructure Committee board member, and a Downtown Denver Partnership Retail board member.
