As a senior vice president in SRS’ San Jose Office, Bob Quigley specializes in project leasing and retail investment sales throughout Northern California. With Bob’s extensive knowledge of the Northern California retail market, over the past 25 years he has developed a loyal base of clients including developers, property owners and investors.
Bob is well known for his expertise in advising sellers on marketing and selling their properties, as well as helping investors identity and acquire retail investment property, particularly those in 1031 exchanges. He has been instrumental in helping developers identity and implement strategies for both ground up development and redevelopment of existing assets. This process has included the entire cycle of property acquisition, project leasing and disposition of the complete project.
Prior to joining SRS Real Estate Partners, Bob worked for Retail Real Estate Group and Grubb & Ellis Co.

Bob is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In addition, he received the SRS Real Estate Partners Top Achiever Award in 2013 and Costar Power Broker for South Bay Market in 2011.
Represents Goodwill of Silicon Valley in the company’s overall expansion plan. Bob assisted Goodwill in opening six new retail stores and a sale of a real estate asset as a result of a store relocation.
