Operations Coordinator

Lexie Holder joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2022 as operations coordinator in the Washington D.C. office. In her role, Lexie handles capital markets transaction support. She ensures compliance on all deals, tracks data for broker and corporate revenue forecasting, and handles billing and accounts receivable for broker commissions.

Prior to joining SRS, Lexie practiced as a residential real estate broker and holds an active North Carolina real estate broker’s license.
