Leigh Dale Younce

Vice President

Leigh Dale Younce joined SRS in 2020 as vice president in the Birmingham office. She has over fifteen years of experience in real estate and focuses on tenant and landlord representation along the Gulf Coast of Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi. Since joining SRS, Leigh Dale has been active in site selection, pursuing growth opportunities throughout the entire Gulf Coast region for clients including Gerber Collision, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Main Event, Mariner Finance, Old Time Pottery, and Iron Tribe Fitness.

Leigh Dale oversees approximately three million square feet of project leasing assignments. She has represented many noteworthy institutional clients such as Inland, Necessity, CIM, Site Centers, Brixmor, Vereit, CA Ventures, and Store Capital. Leigh Dale focuses on optimizing regional and national tenancy within shopping centers and single-tenant assets. In 2018, she was awarded the Top Prospecting award by Vereit.

Leigh Dale graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University and then earned two master’s degrees from Reformed Theological Seminary. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Christ United Methodist Church. In addition, Leigh Dale serves on the Management Advisory Board for the University of South Alabama Mitchell School of Business and is a frequent guest speaker for the business school. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy cheering on their children and the Auburn Tigers.
