Kyle is head of Southeast Investment Properties based in SRS’ Atlanta office. He is responsible for providing strategic real estate services including acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of clients. His activities include helping clients evaluate their holdings or potential holdings and develop and implement strategic acquisition or disposition plans, recapitalization or restructuring plans and operating plans to maximize return and value.

With over 14 years of experience, Kyle’s knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate investments and properties allow him to unite buyers and sellers from across the country in seamless and expeditious transactions. Specializing in multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment sales working with institutional buyers, international funds, equity funds, high net-worth individuals, and private investment companies, Kyle’s mission is to continue to add value for his clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties. He provides exceptional service, through his expertise, to those looking not only to obtain the highest value for an asset, but also to match investors to the ideal properties for their needs.

Kyle is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee.
