Ken Galvin

Senior Vice President

Ken Galvin is senior vice president in SRS’ Chicago office. Ken previously spent time with Staubach Retail Services from 2000-2009. He has extensive experience representing regional and national retail clients, focusing on service and restaurant tenants’ expansion throughout the Chicago area as well as the entire Midwest. His combination of market knowledge, transactional expertise, strategic analysis and financial acumen provides a unique combination of assets in planning and executing retail real estate strategies.

Ken brings has more than 24 years of experience with a background in corporate facilities planning and relocation processes. He has successfully negotiated in excess of $400 million worth of leases and purchases on behalf of his clients in the last 12 years. Of which, $300 million was negotiated during his time with Staubach Retail Services, winning him recognition as a Top Producer. Some of his clients include Darden Restaurants, Brinker, Starbucks, Carter’s, Shoe Carnival, Tuesday Morning, and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ken graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
