Joseph Simon
Sr. Associate, National Net Lease Group
Joseph Simon joined that National Net Lease Group as an associate in the Detroit office in 2018. He focuses on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net-leased properties.
Prior to SRS, Joseph spent 18 months as an investment advisor with his previous firm. Joseph represented both the buyer and seller of single-tenant and multi-tenant net-leased properties, and was responsible for underwriting, property evaluation, and market analysis of properties nationwide. Prior to beginning his real estate career, he was with the Detroit Arsenal in the Army Contracting Command as a senior procurement specialist for the Army.
Joseph has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and received his master’s degree from Walsh College.
