John Krupka joined SRS in 2015 and is responsible for portfolio management of Walgreens’ new store locations in the West. Prior to SRS, John spent 11 years in the Walgreens real estate department where he was responsible for site selection, acquisition and development of Walgreens real estate locations in the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, Gulf South and the Carolinas. During his time there he successfully negotiated more than $450 million worth of real estate transactions and contributed in excess of $10 million to profit by managing location closings, surplus property dispositions, rent reductions and lease terminations.
