Jake Iacovella

Associate

Jake Iacovella joined SRS in June 2022 as an Analyst. He performed financial and market analysis across multiple asset types, assisted with client development projects, and underwrote over 1,000 net leased properties nationwide. Now an Associate, he has taken on broker responsibilities, while at the same time continuing to manage 150+ listings and overseeing the due diligence process for deals under LOI / contract.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from Florida State University. While in school, he was a Dean’s List student and a member of the FSU Real Estate Society. Jake serves as the Co-Chairman of the Rising Leaders Board at the Children’s Cancer Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving children and their families who are battling pediatric cancer or chronic blood disorders with the emotional, financial, and educational support necessary to cope with their life-threatening illness. This role allows him to give back to the community, advocate for innovative solutions, raise awareness, and support the fight against childhood cancer.
