Jake Iacovella

Jake Iacovella joined SRS in June 2022 upon his graduation from The Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. As an analyst in the Tampa office working with the National Net Lease Group, Jake is tasked with underwriting offering memorandums, performing financial/market analysis across multiple asset types, and assisting with client development projects. During his years at Florida State, he was a Dean’s List student and a member of the FSU Real Estate Society.
