Ivan Garcia

Ivan Garcia joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as Vice President Industrial. His focus is tenant and owner representation. Prior to joining SRS, Ivan worked at First Fidelity Bank. He has over 24 years of banking and commercial lending experience, where he focused on helping business owners achieve short- and long-term financial goals.

Ivan attended Phoenix College. He serves his community by volunteering for The Salvation Army and Phoenix Rescue Mission. He is a board member of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council and the American Red Cross.
