George Donovan

George Donovan joined SRS with more than 25 years of experience managing commercial real estate development projects, property acquisitions, as well as complex real estate financing transactions. Most recently he was president of his own company, Donovan Commercial Properties, where his projects included a Walgreens build-to-suit valued in excess of $8 million, and the renovation and re-tenanting of a former Safeway store, Bank of America and pads valued at more than $44 million.

George received his Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University. He is a member of ICSC and the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.
