Garrett Fomby

Vice President

Garrett Fomby joined SRS in 2022 as vice president in the San Antonio office as part of the SRS Industrial team. He has two years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently an associate with LSI Commercial Real Estate. Garrett has been around commercial real estate his entire life through family connections to the industry. He started his career as an assistant to his father, and after graduation was excited to take an opportunity to return to commercial real estate. He has completed more than 100 transactions totaling more than 250,000 square feet.

Garrett is a graduate of the University of North Texas. He volunteers with Fantastic Teeth, an organization dedicated to the prevention of tooth decay and other oral diseases in young children, as well as the Christmas Baskets Program which brings gift baskets to distressed families during the holiday season. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling, and exploring State and National parks. He also loves spending time with his family and his dogs, Luke and Gilbert!
