Brant Landry

Brant Landry joined SRS with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Previously, he was the founder and president of Landry Commercial Real Estate Services and a co-founder of Reserve Capital Partners. His experience includes more than 600 office, industrial, and retail lease and sale transactions. Brant is responsible for the acquisition of over 200,000 square feet of industrial assets, and he participated in a 700,000-square-foot speculative project in Katy, Texas. Brant has led the deployment of approximately $130 million in capital for RCP Fund I, in addition to the acquisition of a 700,000-square-foot office portfolio, and several self-storage developments. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons.
