Brant Landry brings over two decades of extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry to SRS. Landry’s role at SRS is to grow and expand the SRS Industrial platform on a national basis.

Landry commenced his career at The Staubach Company, where he distinguished himself as one of the youngest shareholders at the time of the company’s sale in 2008. Subsequently, he transitioned to Transwestern, where he spearheaded and managed the industrial team from 2008 to 2013. During this tenure, Landry played a pivotal role in expanding the team to 15 brokers and achieving an impressive $10 million in revenue.

In 2013, Landry co-founded E Smith Realty Partners in collaboration with Emmitt Smith and Sharon Morrison. Two years later, in 2015, he divested his shares in E Smith Realty and established Landry Commercial and Reserve Capital Partners. This strategic move ultimately led to the merger of Landry Commercial with SRS in 2022.

Reserve Capital Partners (RCP) has emerged as a premier private equity real estate acquisition and development firm. Since its inception, RCP has developed and acquired approximately 3 million square feet of office, industrial, and self-storage properties. Additionally, the firm has acquired approximately 700 acres of land. Notably, the total asset value under RCP exceeds half a billion dollars, a testament to the firm’s remarkable growth and success.

Landry’s professional accomplishments are complemented by his personal interests, where he values quality time spent with his wife and their three sons during his leisure hours.
