Ben Karlin

Associate, National Net Lease Group

Ben Karlin joined SRS in 2019 as an associate working in Atlanta as a part of the National Net Lease Group. He focuses on the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant retail investments nationwide working directly with Giles Stevens in the Atlanta office.

Ben’s introduction to real estate came at an early age through his work at Greene Karlin Real Estate, his family’s real estate investment company. Most recently, he worked in New York City as an account coordinator for DBL.E Communications, where he created communications and messaging strategies for creative companies.

Ben is a graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, where he studied religion and received a fellowship on thought leadership. He also took part in a study abroad program, spending a semester in the Netherlands.
