Annika Colombi
Vice President
Annika Colombi joined SRS in 2022 as vice president in the Newport Beach office. She has more than 15 years of experience and focuses on tenant and landlord representation.
Prior to SRS, she spent a decade at CBRE working with owners to create unique shopping and dining experiences for both existing properties and new development. During her time there, she represented many types of projects such as food halls, street front retail, and regional centers. Annika also has represented tenants across Southern California with an emphasis on strategic planning and full market rollouts.
Annika graduated cum laude from Northeastern University and is a member of ICSC.
