SRS Real Estate Partners completed four new leases across Orange County on behalf of F45 Training, an Australian method of group circuit exercise founded on beliefs in variety, high intensity and functionality.

– a 2,122-square-foot, 10-year lease at 5Th & PCH, a multi-tenant
retail area at 155 5th street in Huntington Beach, near the famous
Huntington Beach pier
– a 1,920-square-foot, 10-year lease at 5 Points Shopping Center at 18561 Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach
– a 2,760-square-foot, 10-year lease at Laguna Heights Marketplace, a
neighborhood shopping center at 30251 Golden Lantern in Laguna Niguel
