The top commercial real estate transactions in D-FW for the second week of November

Auto Haus Imports purchased a 66,232-square-foot commercial property at 3737 Airport Freeway in Bedford from Mac Churchill Auto Mall. Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates brokered the sale.

A California-based investor has paid $4.7 million for a Walgreen's pharmacy building at 1520 Pioneer Road in Mesquite. The all-cash purchase of the building with a long-term lease was brokered by SRS Real Estate Partners' Mousavi and Patrick Luther.
Leases

KGP Telecommunications leased a 204,556 square foot industrial space at 801 International Boulevard in Grapevine.  Tom Walrich and Connor Hunt of Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Blake Kendrick of Stream Realty Partners.

ODES UTV leased 97,131 square feet of industrial space at Royal Commerce Center, 2007 and 2035 Royal Lane in Dallas. Eric Crutchfield, Ryan Boozer and Todd Poticny with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease.

Vivid Cosmos Granite LLC leased 68,562 square feet of industrial space at Luna Distribution Center, 2244 Luna Road in Carrollton. George Billingsley of Billingsley Co. negotiated the lease with Eric Crutchfield with Stream Realty Partners.

Motion Industries Inc. leased 44,085 square feet of industrial space at Trinity 161 Trade Center, 3100 State Highway 161, in Grand Prairie. Sarah Ozanne, Luke Davis and Cannon Green with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Cresa Partners.  

Smart Cellular Solutions LLC has leased 8,432 square feet of light manufacturing space in Freeport Commerce Center 1, 9155 Sterling St., in Irving, from Prime Therapeutics Specialty Pharmacy LLC. Jason Finch and Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, negotiated the lease with Caleb McCoy of JLL.

Cybernetic Entertainment LLC has subleased 8,160 square feet of office space in Canal Centre, 400 E. Las Colinas Blvd., in Irving from A10 Capital LLC. Richmond Collinsworth of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Stephen Rury of Colliers International.

Nawlins Seafood Co. has leased 7,201 square feet of retail space at the AMLI Design District building at 1400 Hi Line Dr in Dallas. Chris Flesner and Brian Sladek of Retail Solutions negotiated the lease with John Auletta of JTA Commercial.

Cleaning for a Reason has leased a 2,791-square-foot retail space in the Castle Hills Village Shops on King Arthur Boulevard in Lewisville. Bright Realty's Britton Lankford negotiated the lease with Chuck Green with Chuck Green & Associates.

Pender Capital Management has subleased 2,153 square feet of office space in One McKinney, 3232 McKinney Ave., in Dallas, from Gaedeke Holdings II Ltd. Elizabeth Robertson and Richmond Collinsworth of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Charlie Otte and Justin Courtnall of Rubicon Representation LLC.
