ContainerPort Group Inc., has leased 3,000 square feet of office space in the Waterman-Smith building at 61 St. Joseph St., in downtown Mobile, according to Leigh Dale Younce of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented the tenant. Josh Hall of CRE Mobile worked for the landlord. ContainerPort Group is a leading provider of services to the container shipping industry and has been in business 45 years.
