The Austin/San Antonio office of Dallas-based Staubach Retail has been hired to handle leasing for Legacy — one of the latest projects under way by locally based Santikos Investments.
Legacy — which presently touts noted anchor tenants like Life Time Fitness, Best Buy and Sportsman’s Warehouse — will ultimately bring more than half a million square feet of retail development to the far North Side. The project is located on roughly 100 acres of land at the northeast corner of Loop 1604 and U.S. Highway 281.
Heading up the leasing assignment for Staubach will be Todd Wallace, senior vice president, market leader for the firm’s Austin/San Antonio office; and Robert O’Farrell, who is the vice president for the Austin/San Antonio division.
“Staubach Retail is excited by the opportunity to work on the Legacy, which is situated on one of the most dynamic corners in San Antonio,” says O’Farrell, who adds that “initial response” to the project “has been strong.”
