(Phoenix, Arizona) April 1, 2008 – Staubach Retail announces Target Corporation has purchased a pad for their 177,500 square foot prototype at Mountain Vista Marketplace, a 114 acre multi use project developed by DeBartolo Development. The center is located at the northwest corner of US 60 and Signal Butte in Mesa, Arizona. Ed Beeh, Dan Nesson, and Chuck Gibson of Staubach Retail’s Phoenix office represented the Landlord in this transaction. Super Target is expected to open in March 2009.
