SRS Real Estate Partners has selected managing principal Kyle Stonis and principal Pierce Mayson to lead its investment properties group for the Southeast.

Stonis and Mayson joined SRS’ Atlanta office in 2011, and since that time have completed more than $1 billion in sales transactions across 15 states. As leaders of the Southeast investment properties group, the pair will oversee multi-tenant retail investment sales, expansion efforts and recruiting in the region.

Joining Stonis and Mayson in SRS’ investment properties group is Rob Whitmore, an investment sales expert who joins the team as senior vice president.

Based in the firm’s Jacksonville office, Whitmore will specialize in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers across north and central Florida and the greater Southeast region.

The 13-year industry veteran joins SRS from Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group where he specialized in retail investment sales. In his career, he has closed more than $200 million in commercial real estate transactions across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Lastly, SRS’ national net lease group has added Giles Stevens as vice president in Atlanta. He comes to SRS from Lee & Associates where he represented a client roster that included Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, AutoZone, Panera Bread, Sherwin-Williams, Taco Bell, Advance Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Dunkin’ Donuts, Aaron’s Rents, Goodyear, Arby’s, Rite-Aid, Verizon Wireless, Family Dollar, and Dollar General.

In the last four years alone, the 15-year industry veteran has closed more than 100 transactions valued at more than $100 million. At SRS, Giles will specialize in single-tenant net lease investment sales nationwide.
