Ara joins SRS with 12 years of experience in retail real estate. Most recently, he worked with Strategic Development Advisors where he was recently involved in over $115 million worth of commercial real estate transactions. With an extensive background in valuation and development, he is particularly adept at sourcing retail opportunities with value-add potential for redevelopment or repositioning. He has an intimate knowledge of the market, and his recognition in the local industry as an investment expert has led to some impressive speaking engagements. Ara holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and is involved in the USC Real Estate Alumni Network.
