Patrick Nutt joins as part of the National Net Lease Group

DALLAS (May 6, 2019) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to welcome Patrick Nutt as executive vice president for the National Net Lease Group and market leader in the South Florida office. Patrick, who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased retail properties, will be working alongside Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther in their leadership of the National Net Lease Group. Additionally, Patrick will serve alongside Steve Miskew to lead the South Florida office as they push forward with recruiting and expansion efforts in the region, and elevating the SRS brand throughout Florida. Patrick’s addition now gives the South Florida team thorough coverage of the investment properties landscape, with highly-regarded investment professionals in both single and multi-tenant property disciplines, and indicates SRS’ commitment to continually strengthen their presence in this highly important retail real estate market. 

Patrick joins SRS with 13 years of net-lease focused experience, primarily representing developers and institutional clients in facilitating the purchase and sale of single and multi-tenant net-leased assets. Over his career he has seen an aggregate sales value in excess of $1.1 billion across more than 350 transactions. Starting with Calkain Companies in Tampa in 2006, Patrick climbed the ranks from research analyst and quickly transitioned into a brokerage role. After working there for six years, he was tapped to lead the company’s expansion into South Florida and relocated to Fort Lauderdale. His most recent role with the company had him overseeing the company’s private market brokerage division, collaborating on strategic planning for the company, and serving as the company spokesman for public relations and industry events. He has been recognized as a top producer for the company a total of six times, and every year since 2016. He was also recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as a Top 30 Under 30 in 2008, and as one of Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2011.

Patrick joins the National Net Lease Group at a time of extreme growth, with three new office locations established and the introduction of Debt & Equity services in 2018. Patrick’s presence in Florida strengthens the National Net Lease Group’s reach further down the East Coast, and bolsters their coast-to-coast coverage. SRS’ National Net Lease Group successfully completed more than 300 sales in 2018, and has more than $1.1 billion in assets currently listed for sale across more than 40 states.
