DALLAS (August 26, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Daniel Earles as senior vice president in the Tampa office. He will focus on investment sales, disposition and land brokerage alongside the Florida teams.
Earles joins SRS with more than 17 years of experience in retail property investment. He most recently worked with The Shopping Center Group as an investment sales advisor. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties and land and development sites throughout the Southeast. His clients include individual and institutional property owners and retail property developers. Prior to his time with The Shopping Center Group, he worked for a Los Angeles-based private equity firm where he was involved in the acquisition and syndication of several grocery-anchored center deals, as well as neighborhood and community centers across the country.
