Adds Three New Team Members in Newport Beach Office

Newport Beach, Calif. (April 21, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to announce the new Southern California Multi-Tenant Investment Sales team with the addition of three new team members. The new team will focus exclusively on multi-tenant investment transactions in Southern California and across the country, with an emphasis on anchored and shadow-anchored retail.

Joining the team are Chris Tramontano, John Redfield, and Matt Hardke, who will be based in SRS’ Newport Beach office. The Southern California Multi-Tenant Investment Sales team will work in parallel with the National Net Lease Group established by Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther and will strengthen the team’s investment sales capabilities to better serve clients in Southern California and across the country. They are the latest additions to the rapidly growing Newport Beach office consisting of some of the top tenant representation and landlord representation brokers in Southern California, as well as some of the nation’s most active single-tenant investment sales agents.

With an impressive track record of more than $1 billion in transactions, the new team is another achievement in SRS’ strategic plan to become a powerful presence in the retail investment sales arena across the U.S. The new team will benefit from SRS’ nationwide platform of retail-only brokers and the retailer insight that comes along with their relationships.
