William is the second new hire for the National Net Lease Group in Florida this month. Earlier this week, SRS announced the arrival of Patrick Nutt as executive vice president for the National Net Lease Group and market leader in the South Florida office. The addition of William and Patrick strengthens the National Net Lease Group’s presence in Florida and the Southeast and further demonstrates their commitment to adding top net lease talent across the nation.
William joins SRS with more than six years of experience, most recently working with Redstone Commercial, LLC. There, he specialized in retail leasing and investment sales and represented clients in over $75 million in transactions. Prior to that, William was with Marcus & Millichap, where he started his career out of college. During his time there, he underwrote more than $200 million worth of commercial real estate as part of the top producing team in their Tampa office, as well as completed sales of multiple retail properties.
