SRS Real Estate Partners Welcomes Associate in Toronto Office

DALLAS (February 4, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Jay Katzeff as an associate in the Toronto office. His primary focus will be retail expansions across Canada, and he will work closely with Lindsay Ryder and the rapidly growing Toronto team.

Katzeff has five years of experience in both residential and commercial development. He was a project manager for DJP Developments, as well as an advisor and sales representative on the office leasing team at Cresa Toronto. His interest and enthusiasm for the retail side of the industry brought him to SRS. He is joining SRS with a number of national and international clients looking to expand across Canada including Java U, BATL, On a Bun and CYKL Spin Studios.

Katzeff is a graduate of the University of Guelph and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA).
