BIRMINGHAM, ALA. (September 13, 2017) – SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to welcome Amelia Hearin as an associate in the Birmingham office. She will focus on tenant and landlord representation.
Amelia joins SRS with three years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining SRS, she worked with Fuqua Development in Atlanta where she managed the retail development of several notable mixed-use and grocery-anchored projects. Most recently, she was responsible for the development of 400,000 square-feet of retail and restaurants within The Battery; a mixed-use project immediately surrounding the new SunTrust Park. Amelia also has business development and marketing experience from her previous years working with an international management consulting firm.
Amelia graduated from Auburn University and interned as a legislative assistant for Senator Saxby Chambliss during school. She works with several charitable organizations such as the Shepherd Center, the Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency, and Camp Smile-A-Mile Birmingham.
