Hackbarth Joins SRS Real Estate Partners’ Phoenix Office
DALLAS – (June 1, 2009) – SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the addition of its newest team member, Alfred Hackbarth III.
Veteran to the industry, Hackbarth, will serve as a vice president of SRS Real Estate Partners’ Phoenix office. Hackbarth brings over 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a specialty in investment services. He will continue to focus solely on investment services for single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Hackbarth was a director of capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield Global Real Estate Solutions and a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. Prior to 2003, Hackbarth was an acquisition specialist with the Pivotal Group, where he participated in the acquisition and disposition of real estate transactions and performed market and financial analysis. Hackbarth holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
