The property is located at Hawthorne Square Shopping Center on the southeast corner of Montrose Boulevard and Hawthorne Street. Major retailers include Starbucks, Einstein Bros Bagels, Pizza Love, and Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt.
The space, previously known as Yucatan Taco Stand, will undergo a significant transformation to the Texadelphia brand. Texadelphia Bar & Grill, a restaurant concept best known for its Tex-Mex inspired Philly cheesesteaks, successfully returned to Houston after a two-year drought in 2017, with a location at 8383 Westheimer Rd.
