PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS (November 10, 2021) – SRS Real Estate Partners represented Havertys Furniture in leasing over 40,600 square feet in Stone Hill Towne Center anchored by Target, At Home, Best Buy, Ross and many other quality retailers. The new retail store is located in the former Bealls at the intersection of State Highway 130 and State Highway 45 in Pflugerville, Texas.

While new to the Pflugerville market, Havertys was established in 1885 when its first store opened in downtown Atlanta. The company has since grown to more than 120 store locations across 16 states.
