SRS Real Estate Partners promoted Cindy Schooler to senior vice president and co-market leader for its Orlando and Tampa markets, joining John Artope in her new leadership role.
“Cindy is the ideal counterpart to the established leadership in Central Florida,” said Woody McMinn, president of North American brokerage for SRS. “Her skills are quite complementary to John’s, and the division of responsibilities will maximize both of their strengths and benefit their teams.”
In her new role, Schooler will be responsible for training and managing brokerage teams in both Orlando and Tampa offices.
Schooler brings more than 15 years of real estate and corporate training experience. She joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2016, managing retail activity and development in North and Central Florida. Before that she was with Cushman & Wakefield, Cynco Properties and Commercial Equity Partners.
