SRS Real Estate Partners Promotes Cindy Schooler to Senior Vice President and Co-Market Leader for SRS’ Central Florida Offices

DALLAS (February 1, 2018) – SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to announce the promotion of Cindy Schooler to senior vice president and co-market leader for the Central Florida offices. Cindy joins John Artope in the leadership role for the Orlando and Tampa offices, with a division of responsibilities that play to both of their strengths.

Cindy began at SRS in 2016 and is responsible for retail activity and development in North and Central Florida. She will handle broker development initiatives, training, and general management of the brokerage teams. Cindy will jointly handle leadership development, business development, and recruiting responsibilities with John. The growing teams in Orlando and Tampa are going to benefit from the increased level of attention to these important areas in Cindy’s new role.

Cindy has more than 15 years of real estate experience in both the office and retail industries. Her distinctive skill set which benefits her clients, ranges from strategic planning to site selection and retail development; multi-market, multi-unit expansion plans to cost saving techniques and value engineering. She also has a background in corporate training, which makes her uniquely equipped for her new role with the Central Florida teams.
