SRS Real Estate Partners Opens Honolulu Office; Welcomes Two Leading Local Professionals to National Net Lease Group

AJ Cordero and Nicholas Paulic have joined SRS’ National Net Lease Group, establishing the company’s presence in Hawaii

DALLAS (June 8, 2022) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the opening of its newest office in Honolulu, and to welcome AJ Cordero and Nicholas Paulic as their newest hires for the National Net Lease Group. As vice presidents, they will serve the brokerage needs of net lease investors including the acquisition and disposition of net-leased retail and commercial assets, while leading the office’s recruiting efforts and establishing SRS’ presence in Hawaii.

AJ Cordero joins SRS with seven years of experience in commercial real estate. His primary focus will be single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease investment sales. Prior to SRS, AJ was a partner of Sequoia Realty Group, a Honolulu-based retail commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. He has worked with national retailers, institutional buyers, private developers, and REITs on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail centers. His background in shopping center leasing allows him to provide clients with a full-service approach to their unique real estate needs and strategies.

Nicholas Paulic joins SRS with eleven years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently president and principal broker for Sequoia Realty Group, he prides himself on providing innovative strategies to institutional investors, publicly-traded REITs, family offices, Fortune 500 retailers, as well as many of Hawaii’s largest real estate owners and developers. He has represented clients on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net-leased assets on all four of the major Hawaiian Islands and the continental U.S.
