Lapat joins SRS with more than 22 years of experience in retail real estate as managing principal and market leader for the Boston office. He most recently served as a principal at Strategic Retail Advisors, a retail real estate consulting and brokerage firm in Massachusetts. Focused on tenant representation throughout the Northeast, Lapat was part of the team that established the firm in 2001. His career began many years prior at Trammell Crow Company where he specialized in small space requirements and developing service stations for Mobil Oil Corporation. He has an extensive client list and has worked with brands such as Charming Charlie, AMC Theatres, Carter's, Gap, Inc., Jos. A.
