Retail specialists SRS Real Estate Partners has named John Few as SVP and managing principal for its Newport Beach office, and as a partner with SRS Signature Group. With more than 27 years of entertainment and restaurant real estate experience, Few brings expertise on both the brokerage and retailer side.
In his new role, Few will build a team of specialists within SRS’ Signature Group focused on restaurant and entertainment, also working with Managing Principal Mike Rielly to further expand Signature Group. This service offering targets clients seeking coast-to-coast growth in high-street, “A” mall, lifestyle, premium outlet, and design/arts district environments.
