DALLAS (July 12, 2022) – SRS Real Estate Partners has expanded the SRS Industrial team with the hiring of two new team members in San Antonio, Texas. SRS Industrial was established earlier this year with five professionals led by Brant Landry in Dallas/Fort Worth. New to the team are vice presidents Anthony Merritt and Garrett Fomby, who will broaden SRS’ presence in Texas as the SRS Industrial team continues to recruit and grow the team across the nation.
Anthony Merritt joins SRS as vice president in San Antonio as part of the SRS Industrial team. He has more than six years of experience leading LSI Commercial Real Estate as vice president and a top producer for the company. Anthony has represented more than $40 million worth of industrial transactions including work with notable clients such as Armstrong Relocation, Brasfield & Gorrie Construction, and Lone Star Power Solutions.
Alongside Anthony, Garrett Fomby also joins SRS as vice president with two years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently as an associate with LSI Commercial Real Estate. Garrett has been around commercial real estate his entire life through family connections to the industry. He started his career as an assistant to his father, and after graduation was excited to take an opportunity to return to commercial real estate. He has completed more than 100 transactions totaling more than 250,000 square feet.
SRS Industrial is led by Brant Landry out of Dallas/Fort Worth with Shannon Johnston managing local team members, Joseph Cooper, Lance Woodward, and Dennis Sims.
