Phoenix, Arizona (January 15, 2019) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the recent ground lease of 2.71 acres at Park 10 in Avondale, Arizona to Portillo’s.
Park 10 is a 43 acre mixed-use commercial development project, located at the southwest corner of McDowell Road and 103rd Avenue, just north of Interstate 10. Anchored by Main Event, the Park 10 site is adjacent to over one million square feet of existing retail, restaurants and entertainment.
Portillo’s is a fast casual concept known for its Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, char-grilled burgers, fresh salads and famous chocolatecake and cake shakes. Park 10 will be Portillo’s third location in Arizona and the first one located in the West Valley.
Anticipated ground breaking is January 15 with an estimated opening of Summer 2019.
