SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) is pleased to announce Arizona Rug Company has leased a 5,176-square-foot site for their newest Arizona location in Paradise Valley.
This new addition to the Arizona Rug Company portfolio is located at the north of the northwest corner of Tatum and Shea Boulevards in the Whole Foods Anchored Paradise Valley Marketplace. The anticipated opening date of this location is early Summer of 2021.
Arizona Rug Company’s new Paradise Valley location will join the Scottsdale location at 15505 N. Scottsdale Road and the Tempe at 8154 S. Priest Drive. Arizona Rug Company has plans to open several locations throughout Arizona and the Southwest.
Arizona Rug Company’s newest location will be the largest of its three locations and will service the entire Phoenix metro area. In addition to its vast inventory of area rugs, this new location will offer complete flooring including wood, tile, carpet and more. Area rug and carpet cleaning services will be offered at all 3 locations.
