DALLAS (December 19, 2022) – SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to welcome Casey Smallwood as senior vice president and managing principal in the Louisville office. As market leader for the office and with a focus on tenant and owner services, he is tasked with recruiting team members and expanding SRS’ services in the Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana region. SRS’ Louisville office was established with SRS’ National Net Lease Group in 2018 and is already home to two established capital markets professionals with more than $130 million in transaction value since their arrival.
Casey has been prominent in the region for nearly a decade. Over his career, Casey has gained a vast knowledge of retail tenant representation and site selection. He has worked successfully with clients on site selection requirements in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. A few of Casey’s clients include: 7 Brew Coffee, AT&T, Aaron’s, Bluegrass Hospitality Group, BioLife Plasma Services, Bojangles’s, Carvana, Dollar General, Drake’s, Fresenius Kidney Care, Guggenheim Partners, Jiffy Lube, NAPA Auto Parts, Penn Station, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Zips Car Wash.

Casey is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Louisville. He currently serves as the Tennessee/Kentucky Marketplace Council Director for International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2021. He has also served as the co-chair of the Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange since 2017, the State Chair for Kentucky NextGen, and as a planning committee member for ICSC@Southeast.
