Honolulu, HI (April 4, 2023) – SRS Real Estate Partners today announced that Larissa Nordyke has joined its Honolulu office as a Vice President. Nordyke brings seven years of retail leasing experience specializing in grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the state of Hawaii.
Formerly the Leasing Manager for Alexander & Baldwin, Nordyke has extensive experience in leasing retail centers and new ground-up mixed-use developments, and she has honed her ability to strategically grow net operating income for clients statewide. With a broad network of relationships and experience with local real estate professionals, Nordyke will lead retail leasing efforts for SRS’ Hawaii office throughout the islands.
Nordyke is joining a successful team led by Nicholas Paulic and AJ Cordero who serve the brokerage needs of commercial real estate investors, including the acquisition and disposition of net-leased retail assets. Paulic and Cordero joined SRS nearly a year ago to establish a presence for the company in Hawaii and lead recruiting efforts, in addition to providing investment sales expertise to institutional investors and Hawaii’s largest real estate owners and developers.
