DALLAS (July 27, 2022) – The expanded strategic alliance announced last year between SRS Real Estate Partners and Savills has delivered the first transaction as a result of the alliance. % Arabica, an independent specialty coffee brand from Kyoto, came to SRS through Kelly Cheng of Savills Shanghai. They have selected a location and signed a lease at The Grove in Los Angeles, one of the top shopping destinations in the nation.
With more than 110 locations globally, and one current location in New York, % Arabica has plans to expand throughout the U.S. Don Edrington, managing principal in SRS’ San Francisco office, and lead for the business opportunities flowing through the alliance, is leading the brand’s expansion in major cities including L.A., San Francisco, Portland, Austin, Miami, New York, and Honolulu.
