SRS Real Estate Partners Announce Chicago Promotions

(Chicago, Illinois) July 29, 2009 – SRS Real Estate Partners announce Sean Steuart and Steven M. Swanson, II promoted to vice president.
Sean Steuart joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2006. He focuses on providing tenant representation for such clients as: AutoNation, Discount Tire, Cricket Communication and Pete and Mac’s as well as landlord representation in Chicagoland.
He recently completed 24 Cricket Communication corporate transactions and 26 Cricket dealer transactions across the Chicago area.
Steven M. Swanson, II joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2008. He focuses on distressed real estate, assemblage, brokerage and the redevelopment of existing properties in densely populated well established communities throughout the Chicago area.
He is currently managing the Mr. Clean Car Wash roll-out for the Chicago market and to-date has referred the business to the SRS Real Estate Partners’ Dallas and Orlando offices.
