SRS Real Estate Partners Adds Brandon Woulfe and Mary Harris

Brandon Woulfe and Mary Harris – both big names in the South Florida business industry – have joined one of SRS’ fastest growing teams

SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to welcome two well-respected professionals to their South Florida office in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Brandon Woulfe and Mary Harris have joined to enhance the office’s tenant representation and landlord representation teams.

Brandon Woulfe joins SRS Real Estate Partners as vice president, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in retail real estate. Most recently a director with Preferred Retail Brokerage, Brandon handled site selection and development processes for clients throughout the eastern U.S. He worked with national, regional, and local retailers such as Blaze Pizza, Murphy Oil USA, Take 5 Oil Change, Primrose Schools, Krispy Kreme, and Rise Dispensaries. During his time with the company, he also spearheaded the implementation of the company’s internship program, committed to training and managing of new brokers for the company. Prior to that, he worked with Noble Properties where he focused on landlord representation, significantly increasing the overall occupancy for shopping centers within their portfolio.

Mary Harris joins SRS as senior associate. She has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, having transitioned into the commercial real estate industry two years ago. Most recently with Berger Commercial Realty, she was recognized as a Rookie of the Year by NAOIP South Florida. This honor was particularly noteworthy considering her short time with the company. Mary’s reputation as an accomplished corporate marketing professional in South Florida’s business community has helped accelerate her success in the real estate industry. Prior to her transition, she served as the head of marketing and public relations for BankUnited, one of the largest commercial real estate lenders in the region, responsible for the bank’s corporate, community, and public relations.

Last year, Patrick Nutt joined SRS as market leader for the South Florida office, and executive vice president for the National Net Lease Group, expanding SRS’ net lease investment service coverage on the East Coast. Patrick’s leadership in the South Florida office has seen the recruitment of five top retail real estate professionals in over the past year as SRS continues to grow their footprint in South Florida.
