Stephen Bartlett has joined SRS Real Estate Partners’ San Francisco office as an associate.
In his new role, Bartlett will take on investment sales, disposition and land brokerage responsibilities for the firm.
A 10-year industry veteran, Bartlett joins SRS from Spinoso Real Estate Group where he leased a national portfolio totaling approximately 18 million square feet of commercial retail space.
Past clients of his include Lush Cosmetics, Ulta Beauty, Victoria’s Secret, Charming Charlie, LensCrafters, Skechers, Kay Jewelers, Red Robin, Luxottica, Forever21, Uniqlo, H&M and Macy’s.
Bartlett earned his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
