Rebranded Firm Expands Brokerage Services in West Florida.

(Tampa, Florida) March 24, 2009 – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce Jeffrie L. Hood has joined our firm. Jeffrie will be based in Tampa and will focus on tenant representation in the west coast area of Florida.

Jeffrie, a retail broker, joins SRS Real Estate Partners with over 20 years of retail real estate experience, including most recently, working for Dick’s Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy as regional vice president in charge of lease transactions in the eastern United States.

By establishing Jeffrie’s base location in Tampa, SRS Real Estate Partners is able to expand our current coverage outside of Orlando and it allows us to strengthen our services coverage throughout Florida.

Recently, officials with Staubach Retail Services announced plans to rebrand the 23-year-old firm as SRS Real Estate Partners. The firm will continue to focus on representation services of retail real estate clients. Roger Staubach will remain on the SRS Real Estate Partners board and will remain an equity holder.
