SRS Real Estate Partners, with offices at 3400 Peachtree Road in Buckhead, has added five retail real estate professionals from Catalyst Retail Group to its Atlanta team. SRS Real Estate Partners was formerly known as Staubach Retail Services.
Joining Dallas-based SRS from Atlanta-based Catalyst are Palmer Bayless, senior vice president; Brad Westbrook, vice president; Adrienne Crawford and Tim Mittelstaedt, associates; and Julia Rechsteiner, transaction coordinator.
“This team brings a strong reputation and invaluable experience to the SRS Real Estate team,” said Ray Uttenhove, executive vice president.
“Ray and I decided about six months ago to join forces to tackle this market cycle together,” Bayless said.
Recently, Staubach Retail Services announced plans to rebrand the 23-year-old firm as SRS Real Estate Partners.
