The 34,294 SF shopping center is located at the SEC of E. Guadalupe Road and S. Sossaman Road, in a growing area of Mesa, AZ and sold for $3 million.
The Shops at Sossaman, built in 2002, is a well-constructed center with the opportunity to add immediate value to the existing 37% occupancy. Abington looks forward to adding to the existing tenant mix and continuing to successfully serve the rapidly expanding new home developments in the trade area.
