SRS Real Estate Partners added Patrick Nutt as EVP for the National Net Lease Group and market leader in the South Florida office. Nutt, who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased retail properties, will be working alongside SRS’ National Net Lease Group leaders, Patrick Luther and Matthew Mousavi.
Nutt joins from Calkain Companies and brings 13 years of net-lease focused experience. He will serve alongside Steve Miskew to lead the South Florida office as they push forward with recruiting and expansion efforts in the region, and elevating the SRS brand throughout Florida. Over his career, Nutt has recorded an aggregate sales value in excess of $1.1 billion encompassing more than 350 transactions.
The addition now gives the South Florida team thorough coverage of the investment properties landscape, with highly-regarded investment professionals in both single and multi-tenant property disciplines, and reflects SRS’ commitment to continually strengthen its presence in this key retail real estate market.
