Four net-lease investment producers are on the move from Cushman & Wakefield to SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group office in San Diego. Those with new digs at SRS: Chuck Klein, Matt McNeill, Cory Withers, and Paige Hudak.
“We are honored to welcome Chuck, Matt, Cory and Paige as they bring a solid track record in handling high-profile investment deals that spans nearly three decades,” said Matthew Mousavi, managing principal, SRS National Net Lease Group, in a news release.
- Klein joins NNLG as an executive managing director bringing more than 35 years of experience in single and multi-tenant retail and industrial investment properties.
- McNeill will serve as vice president at NNLG. He brings 18 years of experience specializing in net lease investments, representing merchant developers, REITs, private equity, and 1031 exchange buyers.
- Withers will be a senior financial analyst with SRS Real Estate Partners.
- Hudak joins SRS Real Estate Partners as marketing coordinator.
